Return & Exchange Policy

HCom Distributors is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a 7-day replacement policy for faulty products to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility

  • Faulty Products: Products that are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt are eligible for replacement.
  • Non-Faulty Products: We do not accept returns for non-faulty products due to the nature of electronic goods.

Replacement Process

  1. Contact Us: Within 7 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer support team at +92-323-0148994 or support@hcomdistributors.pk to report the faulty product.
  2. Provide Evidence: You may be asked to provide proof of the fault, such as photos or videos.
  3. Replacement Arrangement: We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost. First of all you will send us a faulty product we will examine at our end and then we will process your product replacement.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: For faulty products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Replacement Shipping: Replacement products will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Warranty

  • Local Warranty: Most of our products comes with local warranty. Please refer to the warranty card provided with your product for specific details.
  • International Warranty: Some gadgets carry international warranty. International Warranty can still process by providing an additional cost.

Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Used or Damaged Products: Products that have been used or damaged beyond normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
